We recently stayed at Ocean Riviera Paradise with my elderly parents (both in their early 80s), and our experience in the Privilege section was wonderful from start to finish. Traveling with senior parents can sometimes be challenging, but the Privilege amenities and dedicated care made everything smooth and stress-free.
The standout highlight of our entire trip was our butler, Alan. He was simply exceptional. Alan checked in on us consistently throughout each day, making sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Whenever my parents had a question or a specific request, Alan responded immediately and accommodated every single need with genuine warmth, patience, and professionalism. His attentiveness gave our family complete peace of mind, allowing my parents to truly relax and enjoy their vacation.
If you are traveling with elderly family members, I highly recommend upgrading to the Privilege roomsand if you are lucky enough to have Alan as your butler, you will be in the best possible hands. Thank you, Alan, for taking such great care of our family!
